Front Office / Admin / Reception; PT or FT:

efelle media, the leading Seattle web design & online application development firm is looking for an experienced front office staffer to join our website design and development team. As the Director of First Impressions at our online marketing agency your role will be hands on, varied and exciting. You will be working with the area's most talented team, be involved with innovative projects and high profile clients, AND have plenty of room for advancement!
What you will be doing:
- Answer phones, welcome clients to the office and assist with customer service
- Marketing support, data entry and filiing
- Handle admin tasks (invoicing, preparing estimates, taking payments -all in QuickBooks)
- Manage meeting agendas and scheduling
- Assist design, development and production team as needed (mostly content-entry)
What you need:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Punctuality and time management skills
- Knowledge of the online marketing industry
- Ability to handle several areas of focus, learn quickly and work independently as well as with others
- Problem-solving skills and the tenacity to work to the resolution of tasks
- Associates degree or equivalent; Bachelors preferred and a minimum of 3 years of administrative experience.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work with a strong attention to detail
- Strong planning, organizational and written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to operate effectively and efficiently in a challenging, fast-paced environment with little supervision
- Proficientcy on all Microsoft products including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
- Experience and skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrater, InDesign, etc are a plus but not required
- Insatiable desire to learn and grow

projects, building within an existing PHP application framework.
Requirements:
- Must have Team Lead experience and work well with others
- You need to be highly skilled in PHP
- You need to speak fluent HTML
- You need to love working with web apps and dream about developing the best tools available,

Other skills that would be valuable:
- Ajax, Javascript, JQuery
- MySQL
- CSS based design
- HTML, XML and variations
- Linux/Unix development environment experience - scripting, bash, svn, cvs, gnome,
- Experience with developing for multiple browsers - Safari, Firefox, IE, Opera
- Search Engine Optimization - from a coding point of view - mod_rewrite or equivalent.
- Perl, Python, Java and other programming languages are useful but not key.

As part of our agile organization your role will be hands on, varied and exciting. You will be involved with several innovative projects, and working with an experienced team. This position comes with the option of converting to full time employment.
Duties and Job Description:
- develop websites for all web interfaces & ensure quality across browsers & platforms
- Assist in the continued build-out of our current websites
- Analyze and improve site usability
- Assist design and development teams with daily tasks including content, site maintenance
Requirements:
- Strong HTML and CSS Skills
- JQuery and/or Javascript experience a plus
- Knowledge of cross-platform and cross-browser web development, constraints and issues
- Experience and skills in Adobe Photoshop
- PHP skills are a plus but not a requirement
- Familiarity with Web UI technologies a plus (Java, AJAX, Web 2.0 UI, etc.)
- Problem-solving skills and the tenacity to work to the resolution of difficult tasks
