Our Website Design for Crash Champions Autobody Shops Is Live!
Crash Champions is quickly growing into a nationwide auto body shop by providing high-quality repair services with top-notch customer service. They came to efelle looking for a new website that would reflect their recent growth, make it easier for users to find their multiple locations, and highlight their amazing array of services.
Website Design
The team at Crash Champions wanted their website design to reflect the inside of their shops and the quality of the work they do. They pride themselves in the cleanliness of their shops, so we wanted to reflect that with a clean design, as well as highlight it with numerous photos of their facilities.
Along with this goal, we also wanted to design a website that met multiple needs of the different audiences on the website. Some users may be looking to find a location near them, some may be interested in a free estimate, and some may want to keep learning more about Crash Champions. With that in mind, we kept multiple calls to action in the masthead of the site and then created a guided narrative throughout the rest of the homepage, with multiple jumping-off points for users to learn more, depending on what they were interested in.
Throughout the website, we kept CTAs within the website navigation so users could schedule an appointment at any time. Throughout each page, we also created calls to action specific to each service and location with forms custom to each to streamline the communication process.
One design element we loved including on the site was the repair slider that are sprinkled throughout the website. These are a great way to show off before and afters and creates some interactivity for the user.
Website Development
With a custom design, and multiple services and locations, we wanted to make sure a complex build was simple for the Crash Champions team to update. With that in mind, we built the site on FusionCMS to keep the website powerful yet easy to update through the Content Management System.
The multiple locations, services, and information offered on the website are interconnected within the CMS, making it easy to update. For example, when the Crash Champions team adds a new location, they can easily create a new location page in the CMS. From there, they’ll be able to choose which services they offer there and automatically link them from the location page. They’ll also be able to drop in photos of the location, add the contact information, and publish the new page, within a matter of minutes.
As a growing business, we knew this ease of updating was important, but we didn’t want to sacrifice the SEO, quality, and design of the site, which make Fusion the perfect choice.
