New Roofing Supply eCatalog Website Design for California Shingle & Shake Company

California Shingle & Shake Company, established in 1956, is a family-run roofing business committed to offering top-notch service and delivering high-quality roofing materials at competitive prices. With seven locations in the Bay Area and seven in Washington State, operating under the Washington Cedar & Supply name, the company provides a comprehensive range of roofing materials, from traditional wood shakes to modern alternatives.

Project Objectives

For this eCatalog website redesign, our main goals included:

• Creating a brand new website for California Shingle and redesigning the Washington Cedar Supply website (which was on an older version of Fusion CMS)
• Ensuring the design would work for both sites
• Updating the look of the Washington sit to be more modern and user-friendly
• Duplicating the design to easily update and maintain both sites and create consistency between both businesses

Website Design

For the design of these eCatalog websites, our team gave them a fresh, modern look to make them more inviting. They also worked on simplifying the flow to ensure a user-friendly experience, making it easier for customers to explore and find what they’re looking for.

Website Build

This eCatalog website set was developed on FusionCMS, a content management system. This choice not only empowers them to effortlessly manage their blog updates but also enables the showcasing of informative pages detailing the locations where their products are available in CA & WA.
