Custom Website Design and Development

As a custom website design agency, we valued the opportunity to design and develop a website for a fully custom home building outfit. Using FusionCMS, we were able to craft a website based on the content rather than trying to squeeze it into a predefined box so common with most of the content management systems on the market.

Our design and development efforts include the following:

• Implementation of SEO best practices
• Sophisticated site flow including a portfolio area that can be viewed by community, by floor plan, and by pricing
• Attractive and modern design elements including rich use of white space and a clean, non-obtrustive hamburger menu in the top lefthand corner that guides users through each page
• Lazy loading and subtle scroll animations to improve page speed and usability
• An attractive neutral color palette featuring punches of branded orange to help call out key actions and links
• Fully custom content spaces that are easy to update thanks to FusionCMS

 

For this project, we designed and built a number of unique sections that include the following:

• Sophisticated home gallery overview and detail pages
• About pages with complex and attractive features like a details section allowing users to learn more about Buchan's work by clicking on image hot spots
• Available homes pages featuring interactive maps that help users locate each property
