Alaska Geographic came to us looking for a complete online sales force that would tie into their network of 30+ retail stores throughout the great state of Alaska, including not only the eCommerce web site store but ALSO a CRM system to track their customers and manage their memberships (including renewals), all online via credit card payment processing.
We combined their website design and our website content management system into a membership system, including our Newsletter email marketing system so they could email offers to their network of past customers.
Alaska Geographic is a non-profit bookstore, publisher, educator, and supporter of Alaska's magnificent parks, forests, and refuges with over 30 retail stores in the state of Alaska. They provide extensive resources and information for planning Alaska adventures, offering a range of classes and interpretive programs to help people deepen their understanding of their magnificent state.
